Hotel is great! Room was clean and well maintained. Staff is great very helpful. Breakfast is good. To my surprise even the shampoo and conditioner were wonderful, I am hispanic left my hair soft and shinny! Our only dislike and discomfort were the pillows, they're flat and almost nothing in them ...

Hyatt Regency Greenwich
Service in the restaurant could have been better- however staff were very pleasant. We had a suite and ordered an extra cot to accommodate our adult sons- we had to ask for extra blankets. Overall we had a great stay!
