Hotels near Northwoods Mall

"Booked and paid for handicap room as my wife is in a wheelchair, got there semi truck parked in handicap spots, reeked of marijuana as soon as we came in, got room key 2nd floor, 1 elevator. Got wife and luggage into the elevator and went to the room, no handicap of any kind. Left wife there and took stairs down to the front desk, no rooms available and no refund on the already paid for room. Should have left then and went somewhere else, got even worse for the two days we stayed. Definitely would not recommend this motel for any reason. Had to go to laundromat and wash everything we brought because of the smell-yuck."
