We stayed first one night, the room was clean and comfortable. The front staff on our arrival was helpful. However the staff at the breakfast area was highly courteous and pleasant. She help cleaning continuously. She assisted me with questions I had regarding the breakfast and was genuinely nice.

The place was nice did have a strong moldy smell in the halls and the room was clean stayed 4 nights never saw a housekeeper but we only came in the sleep and take a bath

This is second time we have stayed in this hotel. It was a different hotel brand last time. The hotel has gone down in quality. The whole hotel was humid and more so our room. Other than that the experience was good. The employees were very kind and helpful and seem to stay busy the whole time we were there.

First, there are 3 staff members who are incredible. The woman who checked us in on 10/23/26, woman who moved us rooms on 10/24 & the man who checked us out on 10/25 were awesome. The man who worked overnight 10/23-10/24 was not. I came to him around midnight as the family in the room joining ours had a baby screaming at the top of their lungs since about 9:30pm. I asked to be moved to another room. When I said I didn’t mind getting a room with only one bed for me & my daughter to share he just shrugged his shoulders & told me that the hotel was mostly booked. 2nd We stayed in room 204 initially. It smells it’s outdated &the heat/air unit is wonky. The breakfast was okay, not great. The hotel itself needs updated. There’s water spots everywhere on the ceilings and it’s pretty clear by little puddles that there are things leaking everywhere. Wasn’t awful but definitely wasn’t worth $159/night.

If you are traveling in the Charleston area and looking for a clean reasonably priced hotel that is close to most things. This hotel is for you . We like the location, literally minutes away from CHS-Charleston airport without the noise you might expect. The rooms are clean, the breakfast better than you might expect

This hotel was very clean, it smelled wonderful from the time I walked in. The desk clerk on each shift was friendly and welcoming. The suit was spacious and up to date. Even had a microwave in the room. The price was more affordable than the surrounding hotels. I was very happy with this comfort inn.

You get what you pay for! Mostly chose this hotel because they advertised cribs. Requested a crib in my reservation..got there and they seemed surprised I needed one and then said the have to locate it. Never got it. Not the best atmosphere or location.

Staff were great, breakfast was great. Would say only thing that wasn’t so great was the pool was freezing! I purposely booked this hotel for the pool. Other than that everything else was great and CLEAN!
