"Overall the hotel was inviting with great staff but many things were missing in rooms or things were not kept up well. We switched rooms three times due to a fridge that wasn't working, a terrible smell in a room from repairs and our third refrigerator leaked on the floor. The key cards did not work consistently which was frustrating to have to use multiple times or go back down to the front desk to have them reset."

"Hotels.com upgraded us to a lake facing king room. Very nice. Larger than needed. Had a great lake view. On site restaurant and bar are both nice. Check in coffee was wonderful. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but looked well maintained. Windows in our room looked like they weren't as clean or maintained as they could have been, but otherwise room was great. Free breakfast was fairly typical, but had more options than I expected and area was kept clean and furnished during guest use. Great location facing the lake. Would definitely stay again. Sorry we were unable to book back-to-back nights."

Property is showing its age. time to do a refurbish. bathtub faucet tripped continuously. bathroom door hinges installed improperly so door did not close easily. lighting in the room was very poor with outdated CFL bulbs. Easily fixed but management apparently has chosen not to. Bed comfortable. heating/cooling unit worked well and was clean."
