"The location is great, the rooms are updated and spacious. The food situation is not good. No real restaurant in the hotel. There are a number of really good restaurants with a few blocks of the hotel."

"I've stayed at this hotel before and it was very convenient for our cruise to Alaska. It was clean, comfortable, and has an excellent restaurant across the parking lot called Sharps Roast House. I was here with my father who is on oxygen so is not able to walk very far. It was very convenient to have dinner there without having to take a taxi somewhere. The staff was very polite and we were able to get an early check-in as we got off the ship and went straight to the hotel. I would stay here again. They also have a free breakfast but we did not eat there as we were going to have a meal on our flight home."

"Everything was perfect! The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The location couldn’t be better—right by the Paramount Theatre, across from the Convention Center, and just a short walk from Pike Place Market. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!"

"This was our 3rd time staying at this location and we had a great stay! Our room was big and spacious and clean and we love how central the location is. We can get to Seattle quickly and easily and there’s lots of good stores nearby. I even got picked as guest of the day! It was sweet! We always enjoy our stay at hotel 116"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms were adequate and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the rooftop patio. Only negative, there are two elevators and many people were bring down luggage at the same time to catch their transportation for their cruise. Plenty of restaurants, bars and stores nearby and walking distance to Pikes Market and the Space Needle."
