"The place is absolutely gross. I’m not sure our room was really cleaned. There were visible hand prints on the sliding door. Wall paper falling off everywhere, furniture in terrible shape, bathroom needed a lot of tlc and the hole place was stinky. Best part was the two ladies at the front desk doing the best they could. "Property was really nice, clean, and easy to navigate. Thought it was weird that the pool was all the way across the hotel - you have to walk in front of the front desk and through the health club - which was uncomfortable so we didn't go. The coffee shop was great and had lots of options and good hours. We ordered room service, which was delicious, but there's a full service restaurant as well. Parking was easy and places to eat/go are walkable. I didn't give 5 stars because the lady we kept getting at the counter (each time we went we got her) was pretty rude/seemed really annoyed and it was a bummer for us. "
