"Everything was great until we noticed a cricket hopping around in the second-floor room. We were exhausted because we had arrived and checked in late at night. I tried to call the front desk to inform them, but the room phone didn’t work properly. The next morning, when I was checking out, the front desk told me that they knew about the issue and instructed me to inform the manager."

"What I liked (Pros) close proximity to everything. Housekeeping was great. Staff was great. Complimentary drinks we didn't even get a chance so many people crowded him and her. Told them what we wanted but as soon as he set them up people just grabbed them. Breakfast is decent though get there between 830 900 u wont find a place to seat. We were on the 9th floor and could hear everything. Water in pool was cold. This is memorial day weekend and OKC is in the playoffs so there was that. Just for the price we paid wasn't worth it."
