Hotel Phillips
Room has no central hvac. All a/c and heat is all from the buildings system. There’s no way to control how cold or warm the room gets. Perfect accommodations offering ample space. Very clean rooms and facilities. Easy check in and out process. Great location for college campus visit. Ample well lit parking. Quiet. Amenities in room were excellent. Will definitely book again.
