"Stayed in one of the suites for a long weekend end of summer getaway. It’s pricey but you’re basically paying for convenience. The kids pool and the beach are literally steps from the room, there’s a bunch of restaurants on site, and there are multiple entrances to the park which were super close. The whole thing is self contained and you could go days without needing to leave the property. It did seem a little dated, things like the hallway carpet and the screened in balconies, and bathroom looked a little rough but the rest of the room was fine. It’s not going to look/feel like a $500/night Marriott but you’re paying for all the extra convenience. That said I wish it was a little nicer than it was. It’s also cash free which is a little annoying. Don’t forget cash to tip bellhops and stuff because there’s also no atm."

"First time here, stayed for 3 days 2 night while at the park. Very impressed! Very close to Cedar Point like 5-7 minutes drive. Staff was wonderful and super friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. Fairly quiet except for peak morning and evening hours when guests are leaving and returning from the park. Overall a wonderful stay for the money. My only small gripes would be the bathroom fan would not shut off so I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed. Wi-Fi was weak. Shower curtain needs changing as it had some black mold on it. Overall though, a really good stay and would definitely do again!"

"Much cleaner than I anticipated. Staff was super helpful. Kids activities were super fun for younger child. Food selection is not great and overpriced but the hotel is in a great location that is close to tons of other options. In/out parking is great."
