Northwest Chicago hotel rooms a the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"The beds are really stiff and the walls are pretty thin. You can here the rooms next to you when they close thier drawers. Other than that it's great!"

"Clean comfy room, nice shuttle drivers, and friendly staff all around. Breakfast was good, coffee much better than expected! "

"The room was decent for the price, but you can tell the hotel caters to conventions and flight crews with quick turnarounds. The security door to the parking lot that says key access only for guest safety was never locked, and anyone could walk in. The trash can outside the door was overflowing with trash for 3 days. And parking was terrible for $35 a day, the covered parking had no hotel access and no elevator, and the open parking was tight to squeeze in as many cars as possible. I will never stay here again."

"Works but nothing fancy "

"I really wanted to like this place. The property itself looks kept up with and nice. The golf course is beautiful as well. However, the staff does not hold any accountability for their guests. During the first few days, there was a lot of loud music, yelling, and smoke on my floor. The smoke smelled so bad that I had to open my patio door just to sleep at night. It eventually stopped on my last night; however, I was ready to leave at that point. I tried to bring it up during checkout; however, there wasn’t really a front desk person I could speak to. Unfortunately, unless they reach out to me, I will probably look elsewhere next time I travel in the area. "
