"This hotel may be rated as a Four star but the staff were five star. They were very helpful in arranging tours and the restaurants they suggested were great. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It is located in the old quarter of Hanoi where the traffic was crazy - more scooters than I have ever seen in my life and where people work and eat on the sidewalks during the day. If you want to be part of the action, this is a great location. Jimmi and his staff made our visit to Hanoi a great experience. "

Breakfast was my favorite part of I had to pick shortly followed by the location and ease to get everywhere. Example of client service We had a booking at the opera where the tickets were supposed to be silvered at the lobby, unfortunately this didn’t work out as planned, the reception took it upon them and contacted the opera and managed that we got our tickets on time. Roof top bar has great views of the city and st.josephs cathedral. Spa and massage services also very good. Hotel is located in a very central location with access to all sights and amenities. No traffic noise experienced on the 9th floor."
