"우리는 하노이를 방문하는 동안 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서 세 번의 멋진 밤을 보냈습니다. 저희를 맞이하기 위해 문이 열리는 순간부터 마지막 작별까지 최고의 호텔 서비스를 받았습니다. 모든 직원이 미소로 저희를 맞이해 주었고, 온갖 방법으로 친절하게 대해주었습니다. 매일 아침 식사는 맛있는 베트남식과 서양식 음식의 다양한 조합이었습니다. 룸 서비스도 훌륭했고, 호수와 쇼핑, 많은 식사 선택지까지 도보 거리에 있는 위치였습니다. 우리는 꼭 다시 묵을 것이며 이 멋진 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다."

"If you want a luxurious place to stay in Hanoi, The Sofitel Metropole Hotel should be at the top of your list. Built in 1901, it retains echoes of the French colonial era. The service was excellent throughout; from the reception to the breakfast area, and our favourite, the pool bar! Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with a smart TV that allowed us to connect to various services such as Netflix and You Tube. One minor point to note for visitors from the UK - the power point accept UK plugs without an adaptor, which is very handy indeed! This was our second visit to Hanoi. We stayed here for 7 days this trip and we were very sad to leave! Thank you to the all the staff at the Metropole; thank you Hanoi and thank you Vietnam. We will definitely be returning."
