Very friendly and professional staff

I can only say excellent words about this hotel. Staffs were all amazing

Staff very intentioned and efficient

Stay was okay

Bob (Dung) was very accommodating and facilitated my local tours extraordinarily. He followed up with with me consistently to ensure my stay in Hanoi was pleasant and memorable. Will recommend the hotel to my friends and family so they can enjoy Bob’s impeccable service.

We had a very nice experience staying here. The location was wonderful; rooms were clean; staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and provided us with the best of care. Special shout out to Grace, you are amazing indeed. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one.

The hotel’s location was great. Lobby was big, nice and comfortable. It was near to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Staff were friendly and courteous. The overall experience was superb!
