"The room was very nice and clean, new fresh hotel, prefect location. Probably the best staff ever. They did everything to make you happy and keep you satisfied-- very nice and friendly staff, all of them! The breakfast was great - you can basically get anything you want (you can choose your favourite breakfast from the menu and in addition you can enjoy the breakfast buffé). Next time I go to Hanoi I will most definitely stay at this hotel. Shampo, conditioner, shower gel, thoothbrush and paste, etc (and even a razor) in the bathroom. No need to bring with you any of these! "

"The hotel is in the center of the old quarter, walking distance to everywhere, the rooms are very comfortable , hot shower and comfy bed, but what makes this hotel stand out from the others is the staff, if I could give a 15/10 for staff I would from the breakfast staff, especially Ms. Anna at front of house , made our stay very memorable, thank you once again for a amazing stay."

" We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. "
