"My husband and I was celebrating our 25th wedding Anniversary in Utah on a 10 day trip. This was the most wonderful place we stayed on our trip! The customer service was EXCELLENT! We were overwhelmed that the hotel had chocolate covered strawberries along with a nice bottle of cider waiting on us in our room. It was such a nice way to invite us in! We got to enjoy the piano player as we sat by the fire place. The lady that was working in the gift shop was so personable with us and made us feel so welcomed and even gave us suggestions while visiting Salt Lake City! The only lady that didn’t seem to be very nice was the lady that served us coffee at the coffee bar in lobby. She may have just been having a bad day? She didn’t represent the hotel well. However everything else was so superb that didn’t hurt our stay at all!! If we ever come to Salt Lake City again this will definitely be where we stay. Thank you so much for making our stay so special!"

"This is an excellent hotel. I would highly recommend. Well maintained, comfy bed and pillows, friendly staff, terrific breakfast ( especially the mini quiche). Nice clean hot tub and pool outdoors."

"I arrived earlier than check in hours and asked to wait. I waited until check in hours but no one contacted me even though they had all my information, they literally forgot. I was let in only after I started complaining. The room was clean and had fantastic view but there is a Four Season’s construction right next their building, the hotel did inform about that, no complains about it, but construction ruins the views you pay for and the pool is not fun right next to that construction."
