"Very clean, it was really nice to have nice dishes available, roomy space. The hot tub, heated pool, sauna and steam room were clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was the microwave ended up being in the laundry room instead of being in the room."

"We usually like to stay at this Crystal Inn but this time wasn't the best. Check in was good. Our room was pretty good. When we got in the room there was some black gunk in one of the sinks. We thought gross but just washed it down the sink. The next morning the black gunk was back. The beds were comfortable. We had to leave by 6:15 am the following morning so we got up early and went to shower and the water was lukewarm at best. Not a fun way to start the morning. We had a quick breakfast before we left and it was good. Lot's more stuff than a continental breakfast."

There was an issue with our reservation- we reserved a 2 queen bc it was me my partner and his brother staying there, but when we got there, they only had a single king. The staff was helpful upgrading us to a 2 room suite to fit our situation, so we appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help."
