"The hotel is in a wonderful, very convenient location. The staff members were definitely great, though the property seemed understaffed during our stay, which left the team a bit overwhelmed.Because they were stretched thin, it was difficult to reach anyone by phone at the front desk. A request for a replacement iron (the one in our room was burnt) and housekeeping wasn’t available to deliver—I certainly didn’t mind helping out and picked it up myself at the front desk. Additionally, our room needed some minor maintenance, as the dresser was not level, causing the drawers to slide open on their own. Despite these setbacks, the staff's kind attitude made a difference. I hope management provides them with more support and addresses these maintenance items, as the hotel has excellent potential."
