"Well they have a lot of false advertisement because none of the amenities are ever in the room there's no pots no pans no silverware is no dishes you come here prepared to cook and there's nothing to use so that's one big thing I have to pitch about the other is there's no extra blankets there's no towels they told us we had to do our own towels and blankets and sheets on the coffee maker we got four days into the stay which it doesn't have a top so we have to stand there and hold the spoon underneath of it so it drips there's many things that need to be fixed the toilet around the bottom is completely leaking the floors are wet all the time this used to be a pretty good place I can see they're trying but some parts have gone further downhill some parts are better I really want a discount I think that I should get a couple days credited to me I've tried to put up with the whole thing without complaining too much I hear other people complaining about the same thing the girls up front at the desk are pretty awesome they don't know what to do this is not their issue this is whoever takes care of the orders and the buying you know is the one that should be blamed they're just saying well there's an order coming in well I'm sorry about that I'm sorry they're very nice about it but it's about ruined me wanting to stay here and I really like this place."
