"Clean rooms, good choices for breakfast . Cleaning staff very nice. Did not like: When checking in we were not well received. Two people behind desk did not acknowledge us and no acknowledgement from the person in charge of checking us in also she was not welcoming at first. She did change her attitude a little at the end of checking us in. "

"We were welcomed with a handy bag with goodies and water bottle, such a nice touch. Room was updated and clean. Breakfast variety was awesome. I'd love to recommend this hotel. Overall stay was great! "

"Wonderful 1 night stay in Thunder Bay. Check in was easy and both staff members at the front desk were professional and fun to talk to. Room was super clean and the bed really comfy. Wish we Had taken our swim suits as the pool and hot tub area was really clean. Breakfast the next morning at their restaurant was well done. I had an omellete and partner had a chorizo scrambler. Both disbhes were tasty and neither of is could finish our meal. Highly recommend staying here and will recommend it to any friends or family thinking of visiting Thunder Bay"
