"Our stay was lovely, the service is great, the staff are nice, the free fika and dinner were a great addition and the free coffee and tea all day long were good. Great location, very walkable. The only thing I would change is cleaning the rooms, it's okay not to clean every day, but once in two days maybe would be nice. Four nights without cleaning or even taking out the trash was a little too much. Overall we had a great time and defiently will be back if we come to Tromso again. Highly recommended!"

"Staying here in Tromsø was an absolute delight. The restaurant served exactly what we needed—delicious, satisfying meals that hit the spot every time. Our suite was impressively spacious, with plenty of room for our daughter to sleep comfortably on a single bed in the main living area. One of the highlights was the outdoor wellness area: the sauna, plunge pool, and spa bath were exceptional and made for a truly memorable experience. To top it off, our Aurora tour picked us up right outside the hotel—so convenient! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø."

"We stayed in a Harbour Apartment with a deck. It was spacious and nicely equipped. Beautiful views! Very short walk to beach and hotel. Enjoyed the sauna and arctic plunge. Short hike to top of hill at end of boardwalk had spectacular panoramic views!"

"We were lucky to get upgraded to a master suite which was very welcome. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone. The hotel is in a convenient place with pick up for Northern Lights tours just outside along with airport buses. Close to many restaurants and shops too. Decor is starting to be on the verge of a need of a refresh but still looks nice on the whole."
