"This was my first stay here, a ghost town, don’t know if it’s due to the flood last year. First off, check in was awful the girl was “on break” when we got there to check in and security was manning the desk. She had a line at a busy time around 6pm. Our room was fairly clean, but elevator didn’t work, the ice machine on second floor didn’t work. Absolutely no hot water for a shower in the morning and to top it off after a long night of drinking and gambling the fire alarm went off at 8am, and we went to call the front desk and our phone in the room didn’t work. Apparently it was a false alarm. I most likely wouldn’t ever stay here again, and will stick to my rainbow or montego bay."
