"Food rooms services cleanness was great only negative is the small elevators and the lines to get on and off and the room key cards not working after having them next to your phone or a chip credit debit card so you have to go to the lobby for them to program them again but everything else was grear great for families with kids and adults"

"It is very important that people know that the beds in the “double” room, ARE TWIN BEDS!!! I was told in the front desk when I arrived that the apps does not tell that they are twin beds and although the apps do say so, as they have the option to select 4 people in the room, is confusing. They are twin beds and we had to put them together because we were more than 2 people in the room. The location is good if you are looking for a place near the airport, and the food of the breakfast is ok. "

"Clean room, immaculately clean property, amazing food, service, restaurants, and amenities. Swim up bar and beach grill—excellent service from every staff member, especially Juan at check-in and the bellman Juan. I would recommend to anyone seeking a 5 star experience. "
