The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and beds super comfortable. It’s a bit old and could use some maintenance, but the great location made up for it—close to lots of shops and attractions. The bar was pricey, but overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

Truly 5 star level hotel. Great architecture and a colonial gem in the main Monterrey shopping area with a slew of restaurant options. Approx. 15 minutes to Chipinque National Park for ridiculously good hiking.

Very nice property, with attentive staff and an excellent location. However, the property would benefit from improved maintenance. I have stayed here in the past and can notice a decline in upkeep. There was no minibar in my room, and we had to request one because there are not enough available for all rooms. The thermostat in the room needs an upgrade, and the bathroom could use a renovation. With these improvements, this could be the best property in town.

Only able to communicate with one staff member due to language barrier. Rooms extremely dark, several plugs not working, totally unsuitable for anyone with any form of physical disability. Over priced. Would not recommend.

Just because its next to a Safi doesn't make it a Safi… save yourself the time and go somewhere else the floors smell good coming in and the bar is nice but as soon as you take the elevator up its smells like mold and dampness.. this is the worse hotel i have ever stayed at there were diapers under the beds and toe nail clippings already the night stand, also the bed sheets were stained with multiple colors of red and brown literally gave us an itch, we didnt even ask for a refund and just left to look for another hotel to shower with how bad this place was. NEVER AGAIN! After just coming out of surgery i felt i was going to get an infection with how dirty it was. Also there were diapers underneath our bed..

Noa tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por que la Primera que nos dieron estaba llena de palomillas y no funcionaba la TV.La segunda habitación estaba bien pero También me topé con un bicho y el Teléfono se prendía en alta voz y hacía muchos ruidos. El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, habitaciones muy amplias, personal Atento pero creo que se notó un poco el descuido
