friendly was important to us. The staff is very courteous. It was clean and the bed is very comfortable. Cons: Food was overpriced and the bagel I bought was stale. The traffic noise on the street side of the hotel was very bothersome at night. The shower pressure was virtually non-existent. "

! Would like to have regular room service to have fresh towels. Had to ask in morning if you wanted anything. The pool was closed most of our stay which was sad. This hotel is nice though and in a great quiet area of Louisville!"

. Close to freeway, so very convenient. Very nice staff at the front desk, and the area and hotel felt safe for this single female traveler. Rooms for both my stays on this trip were very good for the price. One room had a slow-draining tub, and front staff was very responsive to putting in a work order to address it. Would definitely stay here again, especially due to friendly and kind front desk staff!"

. We walked down the street for ice cream after dinner from the hotel and felt safe. The hotel itself was right on the Ohio River and we had a great view of Louisville. "
