"If you are showing up after 11pm definitely call the hotel to inform them. Especially if you are taking the Amtrak in. I called the morning before we arrived to inform them and the woman I spoke with was so kind and thanked us for calling. She let us know the Amtrak is perpetually late so even though we would have arrived before the cut off at 3am.. there was a chance we would miss that cut off. And she was right! Our arrival went from 1:30am to 3:30am due to all the delays. They worked with us and checked us in right at check in time despite us not arriving yet. I was so grateful they held the room for us. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly beautiful. I would love to stay here again. We perpetually missed breakfast so I can’t speak to that but I am sure it was lovely. Great price and great location. 5 minute walk to the downtown area which was ideal because summers are HOT there lol. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Have stayed here several times and a lovely property. Though this last time the room was a little rundown. The upstairs stairwell and platform needed to be cleaned. The pillows need to be replaced. I had one pillow that just was not smelling good. Owen is a good price. It’s beautiful ground and conference center."

"the overall price range was good . The location of the Hotel felt safe. The pool area was spacious for several families to enjoy it but even if you are solo it was ok too. Breakfast was good fresh fried potatoe squares very well seasoned. Check in was easy. The hotel furniture is outdated but we slept good after a long swim. Shower fixture did get stuck a few times. And the Wifi and cable need improvement."
