"Loved the location, clean, but very very difficult to get anyone from guest services and house keeping. Concierge and the staff in the lobby helping with luggage are very good and helpful. The tub is deep and very difficult to step out of. Direction in how to use the shower should be included. We were in London in June 3926 during the heat wave, air conditioner temp set by hotel and guests are unable to change. They tell you they will bring you a fan or heater if you need it. No lotion provided. No refrigerator and for 3 days we had no ice delivery in spite of making multiple requests."

"Great big large clean comfy room. Would have loved Netflix or the like as i don't drink so an evening in the bar isn't for me. Breakfast as expected to standard with top quality produce. Managed to check in early and smooth check-out. Regular bus to all terminals with drivers who actually will help load and off load the cases. Always stay here when I fly at a bad time. Service quality is always consistent and good"

"Booked the Lounge access room and the room allocated was great, lounge is OK to repair to at days end. Loved the breakfast and huge credits to Mostafa- he was brilliant, caring and fun to talk to. The breakfast area was pristine, not a finger mark on the toaster and choice was great. Staff generally were lovely and we would always come back! STROMMA HOHO bus stops right out front, close to railway stations and waterfront for sundowners. 🙏"

"Helpful staff. Aircon. Large comfortable bed. Good range of toiletries including conditioner. Good quality hairdryer but again no mirror at all to dry hair by or check full length. Fridge was useful for drinks and snacks bought from local supermarkets. Great location near tube and buses. Good restaurant - chicken Caesar salad was great- but was disappointed they had no Sunday roast available."
