"Location couldn’t be better, great that it has a car park, very pleasant in the hotel, a nice space to be. Reception staff were great, waiting on staff were a bit miserable, especially at breakfast. The bar area is lovely. Scaffolding and builders at your window were a drawback but maintenance has to be done. Bed was VERY hard, a bit too much for my liking. Feather pillows that squash virtually flat, should have asked for a foam option with hindsight! It was ok, I wouldn’t not go back but in my opinion the price premium is for location rather than an outstanding hotel experience"

"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."

"I loved the hotel. Room was clean and functional. It was larger than I expected for a European hotel. The dinner in the bar was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bus to and from the airport was great but be advised it is quite a walk from the bus drop off to the terminal check-in. The buffet breakfast had vast options and lots of tables."
