"Hotel is clean and convenient. However, is is very large and so a constant flow of people in and out of the hotel. We used the airport transport back and forth. Some points to consider - it can be tricky with large amounts of luggage or oversized (we had golf clubs) because the driver does not get out to assist or keep the flow organized and the luggage is stored on the bus not underneath so it clogs up the entranceway. This would be ok if there were not lines of people waiting to get on when you get off but that is not the case. It is a full coach bus each way and when one arrives ant the hotel everyone lines up to check-in slowing this process down. This might be a concern for someone just off an international overnight flight with a lot of heavy or oversized luggage or small children because it is a bit chaotic."

"Super easy check in. Rooms are pretty good as far as pod hotels go, probably the best one in London having stayed in a few at this point. Room was nice and air conditioned, perfect for a sweaty day in London"

"For a one night work trip, I couldn’t fault the location and cleanliness of the hotel, it did exactly what I needed and on one of the hottest days of the year, the lack of windows and great air con were greatly appreciated. If I were to stay here for more than one night then I’d miss having a hairdryer and tv in my room but for the price, it’s more than I expected (especially when other “cheap” hotels were being priced at over £300 per night). Would definitely recommend."

"Perfectly located for Covent Garden and the theatres, the hotel has recently been refurbished to a fine standard. The bar and cocktail bar are enjoyable, our room was spacious and the super-king bed was very comfortable. All the staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful."

"I was this time,in a "3××" bedroom. The charging point would not accept my charging cable. Other hotels have exchanged their bedside lamps for ones with charging points. The room felt "tired,". Reception staff were as alert and gsve me the ' standard corporate welcome'. The bar was fairly quiet but it still took 10 mins for my drink to arrive. Breakfast was " hello nice to see you,you know the routine"."

"Such an amazing hotel! The room was clean and had a lovely view of the Thames, right opposite Canary Wharf. You could get a boat to the other side where there was better transport links as the pier was right beside the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and for around £20 extra for 2 people it was great. Would highly recommend!"
