"Everything was excellent! Clean, nice lobby with bar, seating, game room and snacks (pricy). Security with card chips to work front door and elevator is a plus. Our room was close to elevator so I could hear it but it did not keep me awake. Staff was helpful. The tub in our room had a little of the porcelain worn off the edges. That was the only thing I saw that looked run down. All else was fantastic!! We enjoyed the close walk to Fisherman's Wharf. We recommend this hotel. "

"Nice clean place. Felt safe compared to other areas of Oakland we’ve stayed. Staff was kind. Loved overlooking the old harbor and seeing and hearing the planes take off and land. Walls are paper thin, bring earplugs."

"Staff was accommodating and pleasant when a charge issue came up. I enjoy this property and it's location. But...I miss old fashioned elevators with a physical call button and floor choices inside. My only complaint being about updated elevators kinda says a lot though."
