"Overall: Nice rooms. Strong internet. Room service was efficient albeit a limited menu. Highlight: The Japanese self-flushing toilet. Hilton went all out on the commode and spared no expense. It’s top of the line, beats the WC at all 5-star hotels in SF and beyond. We just did a remodel and purchased a version but not with self-flushing option. It was just too precious. Bravo Embassy Suites. You did a thing!! And we love it. Lowlights: Room service food was too oily, brussel sprouts weren’t browned they were burned. Too few menu items. Not appealing menu items. Out of stock on basic things like ginger ale. And $25 for parking?! Seriously??"
