"Room was stunning as was the rooftop bar and pool. Location was great. The food offering is limited. Very much Asian. Even then the night we tried to dine in the rooftop bar a lot of things were not available. The hotel made amends. Albeit, we had dinner in the Italian restaurant across the road (closest to the hotel as there are two). It was fantastic."

"Great location for viewing Baden Baden. The most impressive thing about this hotel, however, were the staff. Every staff member that we interacted with could not have been more helpful and friendly - this includes the reception staff and those that were present I the breakfast room."

"A lovely hotel, room was dated and it was incredibly difficult to park, but the facilities are lovely and the room was comfortable and had what we needed. Space could do with a freshen up but served really well for a stay in the city as we passed through. The kids loved the pool."

"The only negative experience was our check in as the young lady that helped us was the most rude experience we had in our 10 days in Europe. Everyone else at the resort was delightful. Just unfortunate to have this be the first person we interacted with after traveling all day and finishing our trip at this resort to relax and rejuvenate. Otherwise, an amazing experience"
