"Fort McMurray is Alberta’s Oil Patch. The Hotel is located near the river and MacDonald Island. Pretty good location downtown. The staff was very nice and my room was large and clean with a comfy bed. I’d stay here again. Breakfast was good. "

"Upon entering the hotel the lobby makes the place look immaculate as it is so clean. However, once you make your way around the corner and up the stairs,yes i said stairs as there's no elevator. The building and halls are outdated. The room itself was clean and staff very nice but I wouldn't stay again. Also,no hair dryer in the bathroom. "

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The employee (male) at the front was not accommodating to our initial request. My keys did not work at all the second day of a two day stay...?? I never had to housekeeper service the room doing my stay. I went to the front desk to get addition supplies that I need. The same employee was reluctant to give me supplies and ask offense questions before giving the supplies.(Rahim?)"
