"Booking this I was super excited that we were going to have some awesome place to take our kids for their birthdays and even tho when you come and it looks like a warehouse I was still hopeful. BUT quickly things went downhill, we checked in and went to our room it was 80F in there tried to turn down the temp and checked out the room. Was very told and outdated, BUT ALSO the super disappointing thing was there was still trash in every one of the garbage cans that were in that room, including the nasty diaper in the main bathroom that was stinking up the entire suite. Now If they can’t even take out the trash, I was really doubting that my bedding was even changed. We left and came back and the ac still hadn’t touched the hot room so we went down after calling the front desk and getting no answer. They did thankfully end up changing our room and thankfully a staff member showed us where to go because it was super confusing to even make it back out from the next morning. But this room they assured us was brand new and much nicer, it was still outdated inside was a stove that was from the 80’s or 90’s, little water pressure on the toilet, no way to even make the shower actually turn to the shower head, no shampoo, conditioner, just hand soap. While our air conditioning worked in this room sadly our tv and WiFi didn’t work, at check out the guy wasn’t even sure how to check us out and was having computer troubles. We most definitely won’t be back, very disappointed."
