"Overall a great stay. However the check in process was not seamless. I suggest self check in kiosks are put in place to smooth line the process.. especially since the indoor water park closes at 8p. That doesn’t leave much time to enjoy the amenities if it’s an hour wait just to check in. No other complaints."

"The staff was amazing! The small nuances as soon as we arrived gave it a warm welcome. The heated pool and heated patio was perfect. The ambiance in the rooms is very romantic. The restaurant food was top tier. My only wish is this were an adult’s only space since they’re so few."
