"Beach class, não é pousada/hotel, é um condomínio. É muito bonito, confortável e dá para aproveitar bastante as áreas externas. A opção pé na areia, é a cereja do bolo. Mas precisa ficar de olho na maré para ser vantajoso. Viajei com reserva confirmada pelo hotels.com, e pelo whtsapp da proprietária. "A comunicação via WhatsApp foi rápida e eficiente. O cadastro biométrico foi incrível de rápido e eficaz. Quarto e banheiro novos e limpos. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Localização incrível, dando pra fazer tudo a pé. Garagem também com abertura e fechamento rápido. Tudo que estava descrito foi como o esperado. Pessoalmente o apartamento é até mais bonito. "I arrived on time for my check-in, but to my surprise, I was treated very poorly by the front desk staff. While trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com chat, I discovered that my reservation had been mistakenly cancelled—without any prior notice or communication from the property. "We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly. "

"Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross. "
