There is an excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch to the south of the parking lot, a gas station across the alley, a liquor store across the street and several bars serving food within sober walking distance. There isn’t a sign for the Motel 6 on 27th—I entered the property through the gas station lot. Neighborhood is non-threatening."
