"Me and my husband loved the pool and the decor it was a wonderful experience. The sauna was amazing too. The fireplace was a nice touch to the bedroom area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they send a message to let you know that you can call them and ask for assistance with service or food. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the hot tub that the water was not staying in the tub it was going out as it was going in it never filled up."

"Do not stay here! It was a nightmare. We reserved a suite for our family of 6 and they gave us the wrong room. Upon arrival, the lobby smelled like sewage and the lobby was dirty. The eating area’s furniture was worn out and tattered. We checked in at 10:40 pm and the room they gave us only had two double beds. We were exhausted and had to take all of our luggage back down stairs and to the front desk. Outside the elevator a few other people were heading to the front desk stating that their room keys don’t work to get in their room. Once we got back to the front desk the worker said they didn’t have anymore rooms left like the one we booked. Then he said I could wait for 15 minutes for the manager to come in and ask her. So we waited for 15 minutes and the manager appeared and never greeted us. I had to ask her if she was the manager and then state my case. Then I explained to her what was wrong and she was not very concerned. She spoke quietly to her employee and asked, “ how did this happen?” Then she proceeded to look through the list of available rooms asking her staff why these rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Then she said she had a room for us. About that time, a man who checked in before us came down and said that he was given the key to the wrong room and he walked into the”his hotel room” and someone was already asleep in the room. The room was already occupied. At that point the manager looked at us and said, I’m sorry. I was wrong. We don’t have a room for you."

"Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay."

"The floor in the room were not very clean, the ironing board had a thick layer of dust on the bottom when it was used. The fan in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the walls and paint needed to be updated. The food selection and set up was very odd as you had to cook the waffles in the room where all food items were stored and cleaned."
