"Beautifully designed condo hotel that was recently built and still getting their footing. The thing that must change is providing guidance for arrival and check in and they DEFINITELY need more signage. This would have avoided me getting dropped off by an Uber in the middle of the street clueless as to where I'm supposed to go. The Uber driver was uncertain if he could enter the gate because the lights started flashing and it's just a strange set up in the garage. I received all of the welcome info after I was already checked in the room that advised what I was supposed to do upon arrival. Room was clean for the most part, but supplies were minimal, no laundry detergent not even a full roll of paper towels. From the information, I thought I would need to purchase my own paper towels but the front desk had some sent up, they were very helpful. I purchased the 2 King Suites. Bedroom on one side was set up as an ensuite with a walk in shower & closet inside but the other was separate. The a/c went out in our unit and we were told we just have to wait until morning when the engineers were there. Ceiling fans kept us sane. Mgmt lied about compensating us. The "bar" is attended by front desk and provided free drinks in the refrigerated cooler every evening but this wasn't made clear before hand so when we tried to purchase something we were told we could not because it was a few minutes after they closed (I think around 8pm). Overall it was a nice property with great potential"
