When I returned to the desk to ask for additional blankets, I could hear other sections of the property did have heat so I requested another room. Why wasn’t this offered in the first place? I waited about 15-20 minutes both times I approached the desk. No apology, no offer of assistance, just a smirk. The lady at check out was more polite and did apologize for the situation.
