"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Yavapai West. We loved the Adirondack chairs scattered around the property to sit outside and enjoy nature. The greenway trails connecting to the main lodge were beautiful and convenient. The food options were good, and the General Store had everything we needed. Highly recommend! "

"Waited 15 minutes for the staff to show up to check us in, then she acted annoyed. She mumbled and spoke so softly we had to make her repeat herself repeatedly. Room was adequate, 2nd floor and no elevator. Room was clean and bed was OK. Morning receptionist was much nicer, professional and cheerful "

"Breakfast was fresh even if you had to wait. Only small portions brought out at a tume, but was lovely. Car parking easy. Check in stsff helpful with restaurant choices and directions."

"Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold. Then, over charged by $10"
