"Nice style hotel, good security and excellent soundproofing for such a central Location. Noisy aircon and no onsite breakfast options were the only negatives. "

"On arrival the reception, bar and dining room looked really nice. The first room we were given was very disappointing and looked nothing like the image on the website. It was quite small and had very large dark wood furniture. We requested a different room and the second room was much better. We didn’t understand why we had been given an inferior room to the one we had booked. Receptionist was quite abrupt when we asked to be changed but did it. Food in the bar was good and the waiting staff were lovely. Breakfast was really nice."

"Very clean comfortable hotel. Fairly small room but big enough for 2 unless you have a lot of luggage. I love that I can walk to the airport from here. Food options are a bit limited. "

"Great location, steps away from the Piccadilly station and not far from shopping. Felt safe and lots of restaurant options as well. Room was very spacious and bed and pillows were very comfortable. "

"Great location for early flight. Room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could check tea tray was replenished and app not very user friendly. Joined rewards membership as it said you could get a discount in the restaurant but navigating to try and get a code was impossible…otherwise a lovely stay. "

"Great hotel. Lovely bar to relax in. Bit pricey for food but can be expected these days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to the terminal but if carrying lots of bags or with small kids just get the shuttle bus for a couple of quid. "
