"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Main reception, bar and restaurant staff fabulous, room stunning, food and drinks excellent, was sad to check out and we will definitely return ❤️"

"Fabulous stay - best shower I have ever had. Bed and pillows were excellent - slept like a log !!! Peaceful, ideal location , fabulous staff, very friendly and very welcoming - lovely spotlessly clean and very spacious single room. Cracking facilities and supplies in the room. "A great place to stay close to all the amenities in Llangollen. Very friendly staff without exception. Delicious food with a wide choice including vegan dishes. Spa was excellent with a big hydro pool. "
