"This is a wonderful hotel overall with great location and stunning harbour view. Mattress is a bit on the soft side due to its age. Room furniture has visible wearing and tearing. Other than that, I highly recommend it to any tourists."

"We mentioned it was our 38th anniversary and we actually got married at the Hyatt. I don’t think the front desk lady had a grasp of English or France, but After explained to her that we were married here and we spent a few adversaries here at the Hyatt. She asked me have you ever stayed here before as if she was not engaged. Super disappointing. At least the restaurant that too it was a very nice dessert, but there’s no acknowledgement at all."

"Shower was kinda weird and hard to use. Room was very spacious. Pillows were kind of uncomfy. They left earplugs as your are right next to BC place. Overall decent stay for the price and a good location. "
