"This is an old hotel and not much of upgrade or upkeep so it’s probably rated on the lower end for experience and quality. "

"Elevators are terrible you will have to wait 20+ minutes they have four but only one was working now signs explaining why, when I asked the just looked at me with no explanation, terrible service."

"Amazing location and view which was probably why it was so expensive. The room itself is nothing special and they charge a lot for parking. "

"Everything in the hotel was lovely and my two dogs were welcomed. My one and only concern was the parking. I did not feel particularly safe in the underground. I would still return to the hotel though. I would probably park elsewhere."
