"Staff at front desk very friendly and nice.However we were looking really forward to going to the rooftop patio for cocktails and appys before dinner. Staff at the front desk told us they open at 3pm ,when we went up there ,another lady with a baseball hat on told us we cant be up there,cause it was all closed for a private event,wouldn't even let us look around. So our 1st time and didn't get to see what we came for in the 1st place. Rooms were nice and clean"
