Upon check-in, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our room key, but Felicia quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a complimentary upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, Cheryl went above and beyond by assisting us in obtaining a private car service to attend a special event we were in town for.
