"Overall it was a good stay. Staff was great and very friendly. Was worried about the parking based on other reviews, but we had no issues at all. The hotel is a little outdated and has some cosmetic issues but what hotel doesn't. We stayed for the Steelers 1st preseason game and it was an easy walk to the stadium. I think most of the other reviews are a little overly dramatic. We were definitely worried at first but after our stay, we will definitely use this hotel as an option in the future. Go Steelers!!!!"

"While the breakfast and staff was excellent, the room needs updating. The bed needs to be replaced. The hotel does a nice job in supporting customers, I just feel being right next to ballpark and a walk to football stadium is gets overused and other customers abuse the rooms. While the main area was being worked on to be redone, the rooms need it as well. Super convenient to all the areas/walkable."
