"The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot."

"I booked a animal view room but somehow i can see the harbour bridge in my room as well. I can enjoy the view of both koala n harbour bridge, great value for money. But the $25 added tour is not as good as i expected, can skip. "
