"Hey when we entered in the lobby there was one guy he didn’t say hi or hello he was bit rude to us. He just gave us key and room number. our room 306 was open room was not close it was fully open we have to wait for somebody who can tell us whetr we can go to room or not so it wasnt nice experience at all tv was not working properly."

"The suite we stayed in was very clean, amenities were functional. The staff were very polite and helpful. We didn't have a microwave in our room and they kindly provided us with one. Breakfast was really nice and had loads of varieties. Overall, it is an awesome place to stay for especially for families with kids."

2/10 Terrible

"Starting with checking in, it wasn’t a smooth experience. Front desk was confused about or booking, finally got they sorted and 2 out if the 3 rooms that we booked the bathroom flooded. Absolutely disgusting although they got staff to come try and fix the issue but not resolve it. I asked for a refund on the 2 rooms as this is unacceptable, disgusting and probably not healthy for my family that stayed in those rooms. They said all they could do was give me 25% off on MY NEXT STAY!!!! Seriously you think I’d stay here again???? Never!! Front staff was no helpful at all and of course to push me along they told me to call the manager. Well you know nothing will be done, no one will call me to fix this and that hotel will do a quick fix and have this happen to another guest. Still haven’t heard from the manager I’m not surprised."
