"Great location, just a 1 minute walk from the West Edmonton Mall and all its restaurants and shops. Possibility to drop your luggage when your room isn't ready making arrival and checking in a breeze. Friendly staff."

"Everything looks clean, however no ventilation in bathroom (permanent problem), sometimes moisture comes into bedroom. Smoke smell come when air conditioning turned on. Concierge floor has free breakfast and dinner. Drinks are reduced to just two per person. Discounted parking if a room booked. Because of good location and view i booked it for 8th time when having a business trip. Cheaper to book via Expedia."

"Staff during check in was fabulous. Easy and quick. Hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable. Also couldn't hear from outside, either cause it wasn't booked or the walls aren't super thin like other hotels."

"The staff and room were lovely. Comfy bed and clean room! The restaurant staff was great and the breakfast was also quite good. The hot tub and sauna were out of order and the pool was out of towels each time we went. The hotel has obviously had some lovely updates but the hall carpets are stained and damaged in various areas. If the hotel were situated near to other amenities, those unavailable would be less important. Id stay again but would check in advance if the hot tub and sauna are functional."
